Jollof rice is a well known traditional and ceremonial dish in West Africa, specifically Senegal, Nigeria and Ghana (with a slight variance). It is made up of rice cooked in tomatoe and pepper sauce mixture along with spices.
Spinach /Lettuce gently tossed with Cucumber with Ranch/Olive oil.
Made up of shredded green /red cabbage and carrotts, with slightly spiced.
A light Selection of desserts,with a slight sweet twist., to addping favour to Main Dishes.

Fresh chicken drumsticks , grilled and wrapped in exotic spices with onions, glazed with honey.
This dish is mainly made up of ripe plantain, delicately fried in pure Olive oil. It is widely eaten in many countries all over the world e.g. Jamaica, Nigeria, Mexico etc.
*Can be eaten with a rice dish or as standalone.
All Meals, Salads and desserts have been freshly prepared by Calvary outreach Fellowship Center volunteers | Dishes are also subject to change depending on order numbers.
